Your account email, display name, the entries you log (training, food, scripture, prayer, study, family, volunteering, jobs), journals, weigh-ins, goals, pack membership, posts, comments and likes. Proof photos you attach to volunteer or family entries are stored in your private proof folder.
Meal and scripture-page photos sent for AI analysis are processed in memory and are not kept. Only the result — items, calories, macros, word counts — is saved to your log. Each person can run six AI photo reads a day.
Entries are private to you unless you post them or share an Iron Report with a pack. Weigh-ins are private by default; you choose whether your pack sees a full weight, only the change, or nothing. Prayer requests are private unless you share them to a pack.
You can download everything you've logged, or permanently delete your account and all of its data, from the Account screen. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
